In recent days, entrusted by the Ministry of Education, China Welfare Institute takes the task of training nearly 500 backbone teachers on the afterschool education.

　　National Students Afterschool Training Center (Shanghai Branch) was set up in 2003 with the help of China Welfare Institute Children’s Palace and thousands of teachers from the western area were given the training classes. The training centre carries on the work according to the idea of serving the whole China and provides the reasonable curriculum setting, rich training content and warmhearted service, which were highly approved by the teachers from western area and the leaders of Ministry of Education.
